What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific department within one of our Distribution Centers. You will lead and manage a team of associates, ensuring that they adhere to safety protocols, meet targets, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Tesla supervisor will be an integral part of our leadership team, working to maintain a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and quality. What You'll Do - Lead, motivate and coach a team of associates to achieve daily performance and quality targets. Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Ensure efficient and accurate order processing, packing, shipping, receiving and stocking
- Monitor and optimize workflows to improve productivity and reduce quality errors
- Investigate and address quality issues and downstream customer escalations
- Utilize KPIs and data to evaluate team and individual performance. Taking corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed the performance goals
- Collaborate with other leaders to ensure seamless operations and communicate effectively with associates, addressing their concerns and providing feedback
- Identify process improvement opportunity and drive initiatives for increased efficiency, increase quality, and cost reduction
What You'll Bring - Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or similar experience
- Robust experience in creating metrics for performance management
- Able to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various teams, including service and supply chain personnel in a lean principal environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, and SAP experience, a huge plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and track transaction details

Expected Compensation
$61,200 - $91,800/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
