Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students in various environments, such as camps, childcare, or educational settings.

Duties

• Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations
• Support and guide staff in implementing educational and recreational activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
• Help plan and organize schedules and activities
• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff members
• Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing behavioral issues
• Observe and Document Children's progress build positive relationships with parents
• Adhere to state licensing requirements
• Assist with feeding, diapers, potty training
• Maintain hygiene routines

Qualifications
- Experience working with children in settings like camps, childcare, or educational programs
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Background in sports coaching, daycare, early childhood education, or theater is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Work Location: In person
