Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $42,400 - $60,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

As an Audio Engineer, you will be a key contributor to delivering our signature sonic experience. Your role will involve conducting on-location recordings, we well as mixing both long and short-form content, including seasonal promotional materials. You will collaborate closely with internal Producers, Project Managers, Cinematographers, and Post-Production teams to ensure high-quality audio that aligns with our brand’s vision.

What You Must Submit: An up-to-date demo reel of recent work. To be considered as a candidate, please ensure you include a demo reel of your recent work. It should ideally highlight your best work related to this position, as it will be a crucial factor in assessing your skill level!

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2+ years of audio recording and editing experience.
• You have experience with Pro Tools DAW and affiliated software plug-ins.
• You can field record with Sound Devices and Zoom Recorders.
• You can operate Ambient Lockit Slate and Nanolockits for SMPTE sync to cameras.
• You have experience in post audio production, audio repair and sound design.
• You are familiar with broadcast audio boards for radio and call-in shows.
• You are familiar and passionate about the Ramsey brand, mission and message.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Familiarity with the Ramsey Solutions vision
• Collaborate closely with Producers to execute audio capture and post-production
• Work closely with Cinematographers to ensure synchronized audio and video production
• Seamlessly integrate sound with visuals to enhance the viewer's experience
• Work closely with video editors to deliver final assets for release
• Understand the unique audio requirements of the EntreLeadership and Ramsey Trusted business units
