Job Description

Colossus is opening a new location in San Pedro, on Harbor and 5th! We are looking for one barista/server to join our team! This new location will be an expansion of our current small San Pedro store and offerings, with a larger breakfast menu, sourdough pizza and dinner, and beer and wine.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged . We are looking for individuals, who are experienced in fast-paced food and beverage, and who have a passion for people and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Cash-handling
• Customer Service, kindly identifying and meeting the needs of our customers and community
• Preparation of beverages
• Dialing in of espresso and tasting of espresso
• Explaining menu, ingredients and methods to guests

Qualifications

• Servsafe and RBS Certification Requires (must be obtained during probationary period if not already held)
• 2+ years customer service experience required
• 1+ years in a high-volume cafe, bakery or restaurant
• Barista experience preferred
