We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment where fashion meets marketing. Connect with high-end brands and retailers, understanding their needs and helping them bring their vision to life.
Support client meetings and presentations, showcasing innovative display solutions that enhance brand presence.
Assist in preparing compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Identify and qualify new sales leads in the world of fashion, beauty, and luxury retail.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and maintain seamless communication with clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in fashion retail and visual merchandising.
Provide insights on competitors and industry shifts, helping to shape our sales strategy.
Work alongside designers, engineers, and production teams to turn ideas into reality.
Ensure seamless communication with clients to keep projects on track and exceed expectations.
Participate in specialized training programs to deepen your understanding of luxury retail displays.
Stay on top of the latest trends in visual merchandising, fashion marketing, and experiential retail.
Be ready to travel domestically and internationally , visiting major fashion capitals and working on-site with some of the world’s most exciting brands.
Regular travel to New York City to engage with key clients and industry leaders.
A passion for fashion, branding, and luxury retail.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or B2B environments (bonus points for retail or fashion industry experience!).
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills —you're confident presenting ideas and making connections.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.
A creative, proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
Bonus: Familiarity with visual merchandising and retail display solutions!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
