Position Title: Centralized Academic Advisor
Salary: $62,525 - $67,500
Position Summary:
Working out of a Centralized Advising Office, Academic Advisors will be responsible for managing a caseload of students through targeted and intentional exchanges. By applying a holistic model of support and following best practices, Academic Advisors will engage students throughout their time at Manhattan University. Academic Advisors will pay special attention to a student?s transition into their degree, and empower them to achieve educational success during their first year of studies. Students will move to a faculty advisor once they have achieved satisfactory academic progress and, where applicable, chosen a major.
Academic Advisors are cross trained across one or more of the academic schools. Under the guidance of the Associate Director of Academic Advising, Advisor will:
