We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our nursing services and enhance patient care at Abrazo Central Campus, a prominent 206-bed acute care facility dedicated to serving the community's health needs since 1963. As CNO, you will be responsible for shaping nursing practice and ensuring high-quality, safe care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Vision: Provide visionary leadership for nursing services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Staff Development: Collaborate with human resources to attract, onboard, and mentor nursing staff. Develop programs that support their professional growth and enhance work-life balance.
Communication and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all teams.
Quality and Safety: Champion patient safety and quality initiatives, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve care delivery and outcomes.
Diversity and Inclusion: Create an inclusive environment that respects diverse perspectives and cultural competencies, enhancing care for our varied patient population.
