The Client Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in the initial stages of client engagement for therapy and psychiatric services. This remote position involves conducting pre-intake consultations with potential clients while ensuring a compassionate, trauma-informed and professional approach throughout the process.

Essential Job Duties
- Pre-Intake Consultations: Conduct thorough pre-intake consultations with potential clients, providing professional and compassionate care.
- Client Information Gathering: Obtain and accurately record patient demographic details, behavioral health history, and client preferences for services and providers.
- Consent for Treatment: Review consent for treatment with clients, ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained.
- Introduce Technology: Ensure potential client access to and familiarity with technology or software necessary to successfully obtain services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assess current appointment availability, match clients with appropriate providers, and schedule intake appointments or add clients to the waitlist as needed.
- Connect to Resources: Promote the well-being of potential clients by sharing information about community resources supporting any expressed or observed needs related to Social Determinants of Health.
- Administrative Support: Answer phone calls and perform administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the intake process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience : Two (2) years of experience in people facing environment, preferably in a multi-provider practice/hospital/mental health office.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a bilingual (Spanish/English) role.
- Skills : Excellent communication and organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Location: REMOTE! Priority will be given to applicants from Oregon.

- Ability to operate office equipment and various software and computer programs (Google, SharePoint, Microsoft, EMR/EHR).
Physical Requirements - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must have HIPAA compliant office space.
Background Check Requirement - A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.
What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits: - Compensation starts at $23.00 per hour , with a potential for increase upon satisfactory review (first review within the first 90 days). 5% pay incentive for bi-lingual.
- (4) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, pro-rated amount based on hire date.
