Job Description

As a Customer Success & Insights Client Manager you are responsible for all client activity and the overall success of NielsenIQ at the customer. This includes driving timely outcomes and client value through the data and analytics which drive the overall customer experience and elevate NIQs performance. This role has deep knowledge of the customers business and industry that enables you to identify new opportunities for NIQ to drive value. Works successfully across a matrixed organization structure fully leveraging the service model.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact/maximum value 
• Understand the industry and issues a customer is facing 
• Build and maintain enduring relationships and deep expertise
• Understand client structure and organization to enable service strategy
• Leverage NielsenIQ solutions and apply industry knowledge
• Conduct issuebased analyses with clear insights and actionable recommendations 
• Drive thought leadership with customers leveraging NielsenIQ tools and assets 
• Identify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate to sales partners 
• Facilitate clear daytoday communications with customers demonstrate empathy  
• Ensure ontime delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on time  
• Ensure deliverables are outcomefocused and connected to business objectives
• Work with internal partners to ensure timely delivery of monthly data and reporting

Qualifications :

• College/University Undergraduate or Masters Degree 
• 4 years of relevant experience with research techniques & solutions in the related industries of ConsumerPackaged Goods
• Strong analytics & insights with experience in revenue management (price & promotions) forecasting and regression modeling
• Prior experience with NielsenIQ data (Retail Measurement Panel) applications and platforms (Connect AOD CASE)
• Effective in seniorlevel communications influencing & negotiation
• Missiondriven and passionate about serving a purpose 
• Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment skills with a track record of predictability and consistency 
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office experience with BI a plus (Power BI Tableau)
