The Role: We seek a talented and experienced 'Demi Chef de Partie'.

Description Brief: The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and executing dishes according to daily menus, ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Key duties include maintaining food quality and presentation, adhering to cleanliness and hygiene standards, following food handling procedures, and reporting any equipment issues. The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and preferably an advanced food safety certification, with experience in high-volume operations.

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 4 contracts' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie onboard Passenger Cruise Ships - on various stations and/or cuisines.

- Excellent A La Carte experience. 

- Valid STCW certificates, as required for the position.

- An amazing team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
