What You’ll Do:

• Train & Mentor New Staff: Teach hands-on back-office skills, including sterilization, room setup, and assisting during procedures.
• Guide Workflow: Support the back office with daily operations and ensure smooth processes.
• Inventory Management: Oversee supplies and ensure the practice is well-stocked and organized.
• Create a Welcoming Environment: Help new staff feel confident and excited about their career in dentistry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Dental Assistant with in-depth knowledge of clinical and back-office duties.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to train, mentor, and inspire new staff effectively.
