• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
• Great communication skills and ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire.
