Role: Mid level / Junior level / Entry level Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid and Onsite (Anywhere in USA)
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: GC, H4 EAD & USC.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Finance, to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, and support implementation.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Power BI and its components (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View).
Familiarity with data modeling, data visualization principles, and report design.
Proficiency in SQL or other query languages for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Experience with other BI tools or programming languages is a plus.
