We are seeking a motivated and energetic Promotional Assistant to join our growing promotions team! As a leader in experiential marketing and client acquisitions, we specialize in creating and implementing customized marketing strategies for a diverse range of clients. By connecting brands directly with consumers, we engage audiences through merchandising, sales, direct advertising, sampling, promotions, lead generation , and special events at retail locations worldwide.

About the Role:

As a Promotional Assistant, you will play a vital role in generating excitement for promotional campaigns and engaging with target audiences through dynamic, in-person events. You will also assist the team with administrative, advertising, marketing, and sales tasks necessary for campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advertising & Branding: Develop and publish ads to boost brand awareness and drive event attendance.
• Event Set-Up: Prepare and maintain eye-catching displays and visual merchandising to attract consumer attention.
• Consumer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and educate consumers on features and benefits.
• Brand Knowledge: Master detailed product information to confidently answer consumer questions.
• Sales & Interaction: Promote brand connections and assist with basic sales processes.
• Inventory Management: Manage supplies and inventory during events.
• Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with retail partners, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: College degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or retail is an asset; internship or entry-level experience is also considered.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organizational and planning abilities, and self-motivation to meet and exceed goals.
• Availability: Must be available to work nights and weekends for events.
• Customer Service: A passion for creating positive consumer experiences.
• Positive Attitude: Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
