Executive Assistant

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work collaboratively with executive management and directors to ensure matters pending response are completed with high quality and in a timely manner
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
• Background in finance preferred
• Arrange meetings, schedule appointments, and follow-ups with all levels to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the Executive’s calendar
• Prepare materials that may be of a confidential nature – including documents for Sr. Executives, Board, or other executive-level presentations
• Act as the point of contact between executives and team members
• Oversee the organization’s priorities and company initiatives
• Manage phone calls and emails
• Facilitate internal communication from Senior Management and help distribute communication
• Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
