What You’ll Be Doing (Client – Recruiter & Sales Role)
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll:
✅ Build relationships with law firms and corporate legal teams, serving as their go-to staffing expert
✅ Recruit, screen, and interview top-tier attorneys and legal support professionals, guiding them through the hiring process
✅ Engage in high-impact sales conversations and close both retained and contingent search accounts
✅ Strategically grow your client portfolio using our proven inquiry-based sales approach
✅ Work closely with candidates and clients to make meaningful career connections
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ A natural relationship-builder with at least 3 years of B2B sales experience (retail sales won’t be considered)
✔️ Experienced in staffing, legal recruiting, or sales within the legal or accounting industries – other industries will be considered.
