Job Description

* Provide top-notch customer care
* Be attentive to client and pet needs
*Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotionally states
*Answer and triage phone calls for clients
*Schedule appointments and procedures
*Check-in clients
*Monitor client flow from check in to discharge
*Client call backs
*Managing record requests between other hospitals and practices
*Provide client education in out services and products
*Assist in cleaning the clinic including but not limited to: reception area, bathrooms, exams room and kennels as needed
*Process payments
*Maintain proper documentation
*Computer Skills: Must be a quick learner and able to learn the client software programs
*Other duties as assigned by doctors and management

Medical or Veterinary office experience preferred but not required. 
MUST be a quick learner and able to work in a fast paced environment
