Job Description

Duties: Accurate and timely entry of royalty and nonroyalty data in UMPGs administration systems in accordance with global standardsLoad process and reconcile electronic royalty distribution statements in accordance with controlsResearch load and maintain UMPG catalog related information such as interested parties song and recording details metadata and copyright informationReporting on information from UMPG systems for management or affiliatesAd hoc projects and responsibilities as required in response to changing business requirements

Skills: Must be a collaborative team member able to work with team leadership and colleagues Communicates clearly and effectively; comfortable with communication platforms such as Zoom and SlackAbility to meet deadlines while working in a fastpaced environmentComfortable working with numerical data strong attention to detail and analytical/problemsolving skillsAbility to stay organized while multitasking and adjusting to changing prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Excel

Education: Bachelors degree preferred
