Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker to provide high-quality landscaping services to our customers. Under the supervision of the crew leader, you’ll be responsible for mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, raking, pruning, and other lawn care and maintenance duties. • Use pesticide for weed control when necessary
• Do general lawn care duties like groundskeeping, and lawn maintenance including mowing, raking, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, edging, and pruning
• Maintain flower beds with a sprinkler or irrigation system
• Help the crew team with landscape design, landscape installation, landscape construction, and landscape maintenance

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site is required
• Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment including blowers, chain saws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers
• Great physical health and stamina
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification
