Job Summary:

The Host/Hostess is responsible for being the first point of contact with our customers and is expected to give a positive first impression of our establishment which offers excellent service and high-quality dining experience. Our Host/Hostess is expected to be interactive with our guests, have in-depth knowledge of all prices and menu items, answer incoming calls and handle appropriately and efficiently. You will also fill in where needed to assist serving staff. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Reports to work on time and as scheduled.
• Responsible, trustworthy and a team player.
• Ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment, meeting customers’ demands in an accurate and timely fashion with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Always provides excellent customer service in person or via phone.
• Have excellent communication and listening skills.
• Consistently meet all established time goals.
• Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts – days, evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands:

• Will be regularly standing, walking, and interacting with people.
• Light to medium lifting – Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
