Job Title: Inside Customer Manager
Location: Remote (U.S. Residents Only)
Salary Range: $45,200 - $64,700 (commensurate with experience)

In this mid-level remote role, you'll be at the heart of customer engagement—building relationships, analyzing performance, and driving retention and growth.
About the Role
As an Inside Customer Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor for your clients, using your expertise to guide them toward achieving their goals. From managing accounts to delivering data-driven recommendations, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients worldwide via email, Zoom, social media, and chat.
Manage and support customer accounts through the subscription renewal process, overcoming objections and identifying growth opportunities.
Act as a strategic partner, helping clients optimize their website performance and digital strategies to meet their goals.
Provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics to analyze digital performance and create optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer strategies and KPIs.
Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop and maintain knowledge base resources to enhance team processes and customer experience.
Assist leadership with special projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
Experienced and Energetic: At least 1-2 years of account management experience (preferably in automotive, SaaS, or education technology).
Customer-Centric: You're passionate about helping customers succeed and have a consultative, problem-solving approach.
A Strong Communicator: You can clearly articulate ideas and solutions to a diverse audience.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Adaptable and Resilient: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in K-12 EdTech, SaaS, or the automotive industry.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, JIRA, CRM systems, and Salesforce.
Google Analytics certification.
Background in online marketing strategy or school administration.
