Responsibilities:

Get in contact with new leads to qualify and move through our sales funnel
Maintain a 70% attrition rate on pre-set appointments with prospective sellers
Maintain a 20% closing rate on offers made. Average 1 contract for every 5 offers made
Nurture and follow up on offers made
3-4 hours of talk time
75 dials per day
Update & manage the CRM

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
MUST HAVE Sales Experience, preferably high ticket sales
Must be comfortable on a commission based pay plan
