Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Consultation: Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
Inbound Calls: Efficiently manage incoming calls, providing valuable information and resolving inquiries.
Policy Customization: Create tailored insurance plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates to offer knowledgeable advice to clients.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
Licensing: While an active Property & Casualty License is a plus, it's not required. Must obtain licensure in Iowa and Nebraska before starting.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Client-Focused: A genuine commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity.
Team Player: A collaborative attitude to work well with others and create positive relationships.
