Rice's Pharmacy is a community pharmacy based in Beaver Dam Kentucky that has been in business for over 50 years.  Rice's has always been a technology leader in the pharmacy space utilizing robotics and various forms of automation to maximize operations efficiencies. The CEO of Rice's has a background in Computer Engineering and values IT collaboration for technology growth and optimization.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversees computer systems
- Oversee and manage networks, security, hardware
- Oversee and manage various software systems, applications, and disaster recovery 
- Shape the organization's technology strategy 
- Ensures IT operations meet business goals
- Work and collaborate with management, external vendors, and advisors
- Create communication processes to ensure staff are informed of technology policies and issues
- Research and recommend new products for the organization

- Network Infrastructure knowledge and management experience
- Network security experience
- Microsoft O365 experience
- Microsoft Active Directory Experience
- Computer hardware maintenance experience
- Work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, coordinating and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to make independent and wise decisions
