Job Description
We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a bilingual school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025. About the schoolLocated in Qingpu, Shanghai, this bilingual school occupies
an area of approximately 60 acres and provides educational services to pupils
from early years, primary, middle, and high school. Utilizing modern teaching facilities,
the school creates an intelligent learning atmosphere and the International
Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum being implemented for primary and middle years,
and a diploma program for high school. Job responsibilitiesTogether with teaching assistants, support the
children in their learning ‐journey
from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3 to 6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environmentLesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom
activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other
resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff
members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate
classroom environment that is conducive to learning.Help children meet educational milestones through
personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on
regular basis RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or aboveMore than 2 years related working experienceExcellent English communication skillsPassionate and Energetic in teaching Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 28,000 to 32,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsNational holidaysHealth insuranceAnnual bonusFree meals during work daysFlight reimbursement10 days annual leave
