Licensed Insurance Sales Professional (Full-Time | Remote Considered)

Location: Whittier, CA (Remote options available in AZ & OR for licensed candidates)

What You'll Do

Develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
Educate and assist clients with appropriate insurance products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support, including policy changes, claims, billing inquiries, and more.

What We're Looking For

Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance - Required before the start date.
Life & Health Insurance License - Preferred but not required.
Sales Experience - Background in insurance sales, inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred.
Goal-Oriented Mindset - A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is a plus!
Strong Communication Skills - Written, verbal, and listening skills are key.
Self-Motivated & Customer-Focused - Ability to multitask and relate well to customers.
Bilingual Candidates - Preferred but not required.

License Requirements

Must have an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in California, Arizona, or Oregon before the start date.
Must be willing to obtain licenses in all three states (CA, AZ, OR). We cover licensing fees after a 90-day probation period!
Remote Work Consideration

We prefer in-office work, but remote opportunities are available for licensed professionals in Arizona & Oregon.
