Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Columbia Orthopaedic Group. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on health care needs and procedures.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Missouri.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
