We are looking for someone with a genuine excitement about nursing, who's organized, dependable, and passionate about encouraging and helping other nursing professionals excel in their careers within the healthcare industry. 

The LPN Clinical Support Associate will assist in our continued efforts to facilitate high-quality care for those we serve. As the LPN Clinical Support Associate, you'll work alongside our Nurse Leaders and other core members of our nursing team in the onboarding processes, assisting with organizing schedules, staff files, admission coordination and patient medical records. This role will have a direct impact on our organization and the healthcare team at all levels. 

‍⚕‍⚕ Responsibilities as an LPN Clinical Support Associate:

• Assist with onboarding, ensuring processes are completed in an efficient manner.
• Assist with set up/take down of classes.
• Act as a liaison for new employees, familiarizing them with their roles and teams.
• Prepare, update, and organize employee/patient records
• Will provide support to the Admissions Coordinator 
• Assist nurse leadership with medical records
• Provide clerical support duties for DON and nursing staff
• Other duties as assigned

✍ Qualifications:

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
• Previous experience in staffing and healthcare administration a plus
• Basic computer skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality while demonstrating professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively with other members of the health care team.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
