Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mail Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Ensure all mail is delivered to the appropriate departments or individuals in a timely manner.
• Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and addressing.
• Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom environment.
• Track and log deliveries, shipments, and incoming packages.
• Assist in the receiving, shipping, and handling of materials or goods.
• Coordinate with couriers and delivery services for pickups and drop-offs.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and shipping materials.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with mailroom equipment and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to handle different types of mail and parcels.
