Summary The ideal candidate for this role will have an analytical foundation and a demonstrated history in project and knowledge management, Share Point systems, and ongoing program assessment. In this role you will assist the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Direct Technical Assistance team in creating program metrics, objectives, reporting tools, standard operating procedures, and outreach initiatives. Responsibilities What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will leverage project management processes and tools to support operational improvements for the BRIC Technical Assistance Section by Implementing systems (for example, SharePoint), standard operating procedures, and forms for operational use. Typical assignments include: Designing BRIC Direct Technical Assistance program metrics, including data collection and tracking system, and analyzing program effectiveness. Collaborating with cross-functional and inter-agency teams to drive change initiatives and coordination and implementation. Developing program reports, presentations, and outreach materials. Supporting BRIC DTA communities as needed. What else do I need to know? The time-in-grade and qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for this position at the GS-12 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
