Position Title: Manual Lathe Operator

Compensation: Competitive salary (to be discussed during the interview process)

Duration: $20/Hour C2H

Location: Onsite

Overview:

Our client a familyowned company with over 50 years of success in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Manual Lathe Machinist to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a collaborative environment while contributing to highquality manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience operating manual lathe machines in a manufacturing setting and demonstrate strong technical and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an industrial technical school or related training program is a plus.

Experience Level:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating manual lathe machines in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings blueprints charts and tables .
• Skilled in performing setups and working with dimensions and tolerances provided by blueprints.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Clear oral and written communication abilities for interaction with customers and team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience communicating with customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Familiarity with fostering cooperative relationships and managing competing priorities effectively.
