Job Title: MRI Technologist

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Salary: $32.50 $36.56 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Day Shift)

Job Overview:

A full-time MRI Technologist is needed for a permanent position in Lawton, OK. The technologist will work under the supervision of the CT/MRI Supervisor and play a vital role in conducting MRI and CT examinations, while delivering exceptional care to patients of all agesincluding adults, pediatrics, and neonates. This position offers a strong compensation package and a consistent weekday schedule with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI and assist with CT imaging procedures
• Administer contrast materials and maintain IVs as needed
• Operate power injectors and imaging equipment with proficiency
• Prepare, position, and transport patients for scans following departmental protocols
• Ensure patient confidentiality and establish rapport with patients and families
• Conduct quality assurance and participate in age-specific patient care
• Perform clerical duties including record keeping and exam scheduling
• Maintain clean and properly set-up equipment
• Accurately utilize the Radiology Information System (RIS)
• Develop films and complete exams in a timely, efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited MRI or Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification in MRI or eligibility to obtain
• State licensure (if required by Oklahoma)
• Prior MRI experience preferred
• Skilled in IV administration and contrast usage
• Strong attention to patient care, detail, and equipment safety
• Available for rotating on-call duties
