Job Title : Network Infrastructure Support Specialist(US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist in the design and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
• Configure and deploy network devices and ensure their proper integration with existing systems.
• Perform regular network maintenance, including patch management and updates.
• Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and asset inventory.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and compliance of network systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
• Implement and support VPN solutions and remote access systems.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in network administration or support.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark).
• Experience in firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of VoIP systems and unified communications.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
