Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Boston - Bunker Hill Area in Somerville, MA. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Conducting nightly audits to verify the accuracy of financial transactions
Performing check-in and check-out procedures for guests
Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Maintaining accurate records of room availability and rates
Ensuring the security and safety of the property during the night shift

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
