**Urgently Hiring: Armed Security Guards for the Cold Season**
**Start Training in Full Uniform on December 9,2024**
We are hiring for the cold season and seeking **10 highly professional and experienced Armed Security Guards** with flexible availability. These part-time positions involve providing security at shelters and warming centers. If you’re dedicated, reliable, and passionate about safety, we’d love to have you on our team!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and report any security incidents or suspicious activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shelter and warming center occupants.
- Adhere to all security protocols and post orders.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.
- Handle and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Write detailed and accurate reports of incidents and observations.
**Requirements:**
- Must be armed and have your own firearm (mandatory).
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional armed security experience.
- A non-violent approach to security is essential.
- At least 4 years of professional customer service experience.
- Bilingual proficiency (mandatory).
- Strong report-writing skills.
- Must purchase the required uniform (links provided below).
- Open availability, including weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Ages 25-42 preferred.
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work in diverse environments.

*Total cost is approximately $100.*
**Compensation:**
- Starting pay: $11 per hour. Without no certifications
- Review for a raise after 90 working days, with potential to earn up to $15 per hour.
- Bi-weekly pay.
- Independent contractor position.
