Solution IT Inc. is looking for PeopleSoft HCM Functional w/ Absence Mgmt, Time & Labor for one of its clients in Long Island NY (Hybrid)

Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional w/ Absence Mgmt, Time & Labor

Summary:

We are hiring a highly experienced PeopleSoft Absence Management & Time and Labor Consultant to join our team. The position will primarily be onsite in Long Island, NY, with an option to work in a hybrid setup depending on the client interview. The consultant will lead the migration, enhancement, and optimization of PeopleSoft Absence Management and Time and Labor modules from version 9.1 to 9.2.

Required Skills:

Responsibilities:

• Develop functional specifications and evaluate current implementations.
• Recommend and implement solutions to enhance module efficiency.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses and perform module upgrades from PeopleSoft 9.1 to 9.2.
• Configure, calculate, and validate 9.2 Absence Management (AM ) processes.
• Document business requirements, solutions, and functional designs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and minimal customizations.
• Develop test plans, metrics, and provide defect resolution.
• Support integration between various modules and current production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM versions 9.1 and 9.2.
• Deep knowledge of Absence Management and Time and Labor module upgrades.
• Strong analytical skills for process and customizations fit/gap analyses.
• Hands-on experience in 9.2 AM configuration , batch processes, and validations.
• Solid understanding of Oracle database structures.
• Proven ability to support highly customized 9.1 modules in production.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs using delivered PeopleSoft 9.2 capabilities .
• Experience collaborating with architecture teams for model reviews and approvals.
• Knowledge of integration between PeopleSoft modules; technical knowledge is a plus.
