Position: Performance Marketing Manager
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will take charge of our global paid media initiatives, focusing on platforms such as Google Ads and Paid Social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok. Your mission will be to design and execute campaigns that fuel customer acquisition and revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate insights from organic social, SEO, and other digital marketing efforts to create a cohesive strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage global marketing campaigns across Google and social platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, Twitter/X).
Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to refine campaigns and improve performance metrics.
KPI Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze acquisition channel KPIs to optimize existing campaigns and develop data-driven strategies.
Reporting: Ensure timely asset uploads, report on campaign performance, and share actionable insights with the team.
Data Analysis & Budget Management: Evaluate ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion volume to adjust strategies and manage budgets effectively.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage persona-based targeting to tailor campaigns to specific product and audience needs.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with legal advertising standards and ensure all content undergoes proper reviews.
Trend Identification: Stay ahead of trends to expand advertising opportunities and create platform-specific optimization strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with SEO, content, and social teams to ensure a unified marketing approach.
B2C Expertise: Apply your B2C marketing knowledge to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Innovation: Keep current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of managing paid media campaigns, with agency experience being a bonus.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics/GA4; familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or ThoughtSpot is advantageous.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, monitor key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Marketing Acumen: Familiar with CRM strategies, media planning, social media execution, programmatic buying, and digital placements.
Traditional Media Knowledge (bonus): Exposure to print, radio, outdoor, and TV advertising.
Advanced Software Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite tools.

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
Total compensation includes equity options, bonus programs, and benefits such as health, vision, dental, and disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience.
