Join Our Team as a Precision Electronics Assembler

What Will You Be Doing?

• Refine your soldering techniques, achieving J-STD certification and excelling in practical assessments.
• Assemble a wide array of devices including handpieces and optical products, adhering toqulity instructions.
• Perfect your ability to follow blueprints and detailed work directives to maintain assembly excellence.
• Assemble, craft, and mold wire harnesses and cable assemblies with consistent quality throughout.
• Perform comprehensive tests on various assembly stages, safeguarding product standards.
• Skillfully use tools across the spectrum of manual, semi-automatic, to automated equipment.
• Implement ESD standards to ensure zero defects in assemblies.
• Engage willingly in diverse manufacturing tasks, contributing to an adaptable team environment.
• Participate actively in all enforced overtime schedules.
• Utilize a fundamental understanding of technology to aid in assembly functions.
• Conduct routine maintenance of tools and equipment to prevent disruption.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace through stringent adherence to housekeeping policies.
• Follow all safety regulations meticulously, including utilization of protective attire.
• Support the 5S methodologies and continuous improvement activities robustly.
• Ensure smooth transition and continuity between shifts by sharing pertinent information.

Your Qualifications:

• A solid six months of electronic assembling experience with demonstrable soldering expertise.
• Physically equipped to endure prolonged standing, maneuvering, and handling up to 35 pounds independently.
• Unaided or corrected eyesight should be at least 20/40 in each eye, with color acuity capability.
