Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join our dynamic team. The Private Equity Associate will play a critical role in supporting the firm's investment strategies, including identifying, evaluating, and executing investments in private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and an understanding of the private equity landscape. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial modeling and market research.
Assist in structuring investment deals and prepare investment memos for approval.
Monitor portfolio companies and provide ongoing support for operational improvements and strategic growth.
Collaborate with senior investment professionals to develop financial models and assess investment opportunities.
Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and market data to support decision-making.
Participate in negotiations and deal execution processes.
Assist in preparing investor presentations and reporting materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
