We are looking for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) in the following areas of Georgia:
Cumming, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, and nearby locations.​​​​​​​

Job Description:
In this role, you will provide direct patient care, offer emotional support to patients and families, and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of hospice and palliative care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Follow care plans to ensure the comfort and safety of patients
• Maintain patient dignity and respect throughout care interactions
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, active and in good standing
• Previous hospice or palliative care experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs
• Reliable transportation to travel to patients' residences or care facilities as needed
