Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.
This role is responsible for leading product management of Cytiva’s portfolio of digital products to support our customers’ bioprocess development operations.
This position is part of the global Automation, Digital & Learning Solutions department and will be remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do: - Lead and develop the in-silico PD & Prescriptive Batch product management team
- Own the development and implementation of product strategy for digital solutions in bioprocess development
- Coordinate and manage ongoing and new product development against plan
- Develop strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders across Cytiva
- Own project financials, such as budget, incremental pipeline value and revenue achievement
- Craft and refine go-to-market plans together with OpCos and Strategic Marketing
- Work closely with research and innovation leaders on opportunity development for future product opportunities
Who you are: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, data analytics, process engineering, or a related discipline.
- You bring 10+ years of experience in R&D, Data Science, Marketing, Product and/or Portfolio Management,
- Product Strategy or New Product Development management/Leadership
- Strong experience in product design excellence
- Strong engineering/scientific and data science knowledge, paired with a good understanding of bioprocess development and relevant digital technologies such as process design, modeling and simulation
- Experience with implementation of Digital and (cloud) data management and -sharing systems would be an asset
- Proven track record and product management experience of large or high value portfolios/projects

The salary range for this role is $200-$215K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
