Job Description

We are looking for motivated and detailoriented Production Operators to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing environment. As a Production Operator you will play a critical role in operating machinery ensuring product quality and maintaining efficient production processes. This position offers excellent growth potential for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a fastpaced production team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet quality and output goals.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products for packaging or storage.
• Adjust machine settings and controls to ensure proper operation and optimal performance.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product defects promptly.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for quality and inventory tracking.
• Assist with machine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) .
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S standards and process improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and grow within the role.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
• Physical capability to lift and move materials up to Insert Weight Limit .
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic math and computer skills for recording production data.
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift including overtime as needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
