Essential Duties:
• Manage document control and organize email correspondence.
• Process and input employee time records into the company's job management system.
• Handle employee time-off requests and ensure proper recording in the payroll system.
• Conduct weekly reviews of operational reports with senior management and upload to the company's shared document platform.
• Maintain digital copies of field time records in appropriate job folders.
