Role Overview Our QMAP's and Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities

Available Positions:

• Memory Care
• 2pm to 10pm 5 days a week (Full time)
• 2pm to 10 pm 2 days a week (Part time)
• 2pm to 10pm every Sunday and Monday (Part time)
• Assisted Living
• 2pm to 10pm Friday thru Tuesday (Full time)
• 2pm to 10pm Friday thru Monday (Full time)
• 2pm to 10pm Every weekend or every other weekend (Part time)
• 2pm to 10pm every Saturday (Part time)
