Job Title: Salesforce Developer/Admin

Certifications must be current.

• Full JD is below but focus should be an admin/developer who has worked in financial services.
• Marketing and Financial Services Cloud
• The manager is keen on certifications so update to date certs are important to him.
• Should have great communications skills as well.

Role and Responsibilities

Salesforce Development/Administration

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and integrate with external systems.
• Implement and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Segmentation, and Automation Studio to deliver personalized marketing campaigns.
• Implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including case management, service console, knowledge base, and omnichannel support, to optimize customer service workflows.
• Configure and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for client relationship management, financial planning, and account management to meet the unique needs of financial institutions.
• Develop custom APIs and integrations with third-party platforms, such as banking applications, data warehouses, and marketing tool.
