Position:

Senior UX Researcher and Tester

Description:

Translate research findings or user business needs into actionable insights. Apply user-centered design principles and best practices in interaction design. Collaborate with stakeholders and present ideas effectively. Use design and prototyping tools to deliver high-quality solutions. Design enterprise-level applications and conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and creation of user journey maps.

Requirements:

Extensive experience designing enterprise-level applications. Experience with user research methods (user interviews, usability testing, journey maps). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in interaction design and user-centered design. Excellent storytelling and communication skills. Proficiency in design and prototyping software. Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines. Bachelor’s degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in UX design. Strong portfolio of enterprise applications. LinkedIn profile required. Nice to have: Experience with PEGA suite, familiarity with Agile methodology.
