Senior Internal Auditor

Our client a global leader in advancing technology for humanity, is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join our Finance & Administration team. What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and execute an annual risk-based audit plan, covering operational, financial, technology, and compliance audits across  activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls, delivering high-quality audit findings within established timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental standards, documenting test work thoroughly and crafting impactful audit reports for executive management.
  • Communicate audit issues and risks clearly and respectfully to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with business and technology teams across the organization.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by enhancing your expertise in audit and technology-related risks through ongoing training.

Who You Are:

  • A Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Equipped with 4-7 years of auditing experience in public or internal audit settings.
  • Certified as a CPA, CIA, or CISA—your credentials speak to your expertise.
  • A tech-savvy professional with strong skills in Google Apps, Microsoft Word, and Excel; experience with GRC, QuickBooks, or Oracle is a plus.
  • A communicator and team player with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, comfortable engaging with volunteers, financial staff, and senior management.
  • Committed to high ethical standards and continuous improvement, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to recommending corrective actions.
