Senior Tax Associate or Manager

A CPA firm located in Fairfield County, celebrating over 50 years in business, needs to hire a Senior Tax Associate or a Tax Manager. If you have an Accounting and Tax background, this is ideal. If you have a CPA, it will be a plus, however it is not required.

You must prepare and review tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, trust returns, estates, and nonprofit organizations. The firm uses CCH Pro tax software. Knowledge with anything similar is a plus.

Minimum three years' experience up to 30 years experience. CPA not necessary but willingness and eligibility for Exam is preferred.

We really need someone that has significant QuickBooks experience with at least 3 years of an accounting and tax background. He/she does not have to meet the criteria of a Tax Manager, but the ideal candidate would be someone who can multitask and does not have to be a CPA but is on a CPA Path.

Ideal person will be an experienced individual who can lead team members. We also need to have a person that works in the office 5 days per week.
