About the Role: As a Septic Inspector, you will play a crucial role in evaluating septic systems for homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals. This position involves hands-on work, problem-solving, and clear communication to help clients understand their system’s condition. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Inspecting septic systems, including tanks, distribution boxes, and leach fields • Manually digging to expose system components when necessary • Conducting water load tests and flow tests • Documenting findings and preparing detailed reports • Explaining inspection results to clients in a clear and friendly manner • Traveling long distances between job locations (company vehicle provided) Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Strong mechanical abilities and problem-solving skills • Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks • Comfortable with manual digging when needed • Excellent communication skills – must be able to explain technical details in simple terms • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to pass a drug screening • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail About Company: Our Mission: "To empower and uplift our community, partners, and team through education, collaboration, and unwavering support."
