Job Description
· Design scalable, robust, and innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements.
· Guide the architecture and implementation of core ITSM processes, custom applications, and integrations.
· Provide deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM.
· Stay up to date with new features, functionalities, and best practices in ServiceNow.
· Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using the ServiceNow platform.
· Ensure that solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
· Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth operation across platforms.
· Ensure all ServiceNow solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements.
· Implement access controls, encryption, and other security measures as needed.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and workflows.
· Provide training and support to end-users and other developers as necessary.
· Monitor the performance and health of the ServiceNow platform, identifying and resolving any issues proactively to ensure optimal performance.
· Collaborate with IT leadership, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Optional but Beneficial:
JavaScript, Html, Css, Java or Python a plus ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Advanced/Specialized Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM) ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS) Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
